According to the new Energy Industry Act (EnWG) of 13 July 2005, Stromkontor Rostock Port GmbH is obliged to supply electricity to household customers in the Rostock Überseehafen grid area as an energy supplier within the framework of basic supply.

A “household customer” within the meaning of section 3 number 22 of the EnWG is a final consumer who purchases energy predominantly for his own household consumption or for his own consumption for professional, agricultural or commercial purposes up to a maximum annual consumption of 10,000 kilowatt hours.

As a household customer within the meaning of the EnWG, you will receive a supply of electricity within the framework of the basic supply at the general rates and conditions of Stromkontor Rostock Port GmbH. You can find the prices and conditions under our currently valid price sheet for basic and substitute supply.

According to the new Energy Industry Act (EnWG) of 13 July 2005, Stromkontor Rostock Port GmbH, as an energy supplier, is obliged to supply electricity to all customers in the grid areas of Stromkontor Rostock Port GmbH for a maximum of three months as part of the substitute supply.

In the case of substitute supply, you purchase from the low-voltage grid without this purchase being attributable to a supply or a specific supply contract, i.e. electricity purchase without a supply contract.
